Open Door Sangha Half Day Retreat


The Open Door Sangha offers a half-day silent Buddhist mindfulness retreat on the first and third Tuesday of the month in the Chapel.  

Each session consists of 45 minutes of sitting meditation, 45 minutes of walking meditation, another period of sitting meditation and a very brief dharma talk or Q and A to close.

After the morning’s practice, those who wish are invited to meet for a sack lunch in Alice Keck Park gardens.

You are welcome to come for as much of the morning as your schedule allows.
